FOUR WALLS TECHNICAL SERVICES CONTRACTING LLC is committed to achieve client satisfaction by providing quality services and workmanship for Infrastructure, Road Maintenance, Civil and Electromechanical industry works that meets approved specification with safety and legislative requirements. We will achieve this by operating our management system in accordance with the requirements of best standards, practice principals, leadership and with consideration of our client project needs.
To ensure the quality objectives we have set ourselves a procedural documentation which all staff must follow. These procedures meet the requirements of International Standard for Quality Management Systems and provide a planned system which clearly states the requirements, describes the methods and controls necessary to support this policy and to give the Client’s satisfaction in the project.
The key elements of our approach to quality are based on the following principals:
• To consistently provide excellent service to owners/clients and consultants with their requirements, safety always on the top of our priority
• To deliver uncompromising quality in our workmanship and site performance
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, legislative and contractual requirements.
• Client’s projects should be well taken care of throughout the complete process (Start to Handover)
• Measure our performance in key activities and use the data to make effective results based on the available field practices
• Always ensure mutually beneficial relationships with our clients, suppliers and other service providers to improve quality, enhance reliability and increase efficiency
The company’s quality policy will be reviewed annually by the Top Management, in order to ensure that the policy remains significant and suitable for the business. This declaration represents our commitment to quality with clients. It is part of the company’s training schedule that this policy is understood, implemented and continued at all levels in the company.
